IdeaDots is licensed to you under Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement (Standard EULA). These additional notes describe how purchases work.
IdeaDots+
- IdeaDots+ is a one-time, non-consumable in-app purchase, not a subscription. It unlocks unlimited groups, removes ads and lets every feature work offline, on your devices signed in with the same Apple ID.
- Payment, refunds and receipts are handled by Apple. Request a refund at reportaproblem.apple.com.
- Use Restore Purchases (Settings → Plan) on a new device or after reinstalling.
Your content
Your memos and files are yours. They are stored on your devices and, if you use iCloud sync, in your own iCloud account, which Apple provides under its own terms. Keep your own backups (iCloud sync, device backups or Export all). We cannot see your data and cannot recover data that was deleted or lost.
